Affirmations for a Healing Soul

Affirmations for a Healing Soul
Small One's Journey is about healing from trauma, particularly for adult children of Narcissists (NPD). I hope it also helps other survivors and walking wounded, particularly children and teens who are going through this now. Please know that you are not alone, there are thousands of us out here who understand, believe and love you. It won't be like this forever, we promise you.

My aim is not to rewrite the wonderful resources out there about Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) as I just couldn't hope to match them. These three are just fantastic starting places:
http://www.narcissisticmother.com/as well as

http://www.daughtersofnarcissisticmothers.com/and this youtube clip

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIk1Q8osv8Q

They will explain it well as well as provide you with lots of other resources to help you understand and most importantly, validate your experiences.

I hope this will help you. I have started with affirmations about things which would probably seem so obvious to people from healthy families but are things many survivors of dysfunction, abuse or neglect struggle to remember or articulate or worse, give themselves permission to have or do in their lives.

If you would like to use any of these as a meme, you can share them from my Facebook page for free: https://www.facebook.com/smallonesjourney/ Please connect with me here so you know what's going on and so we can create a supportive community.

I wish you well on your healing journey.
